At IndiaMedicart.com, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer simple return and refund options in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product:

• Is unused and in original condition and packaging

• Includes all accessories and documents

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and medical safety, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used consumables (e.g., syringes, gloves)

• Custom/special-order equipment

• Clearance items marked final sale

3. Return Process

• Email [sales@indiamedicart.com] within 7 days with your order number, reason, and product photo.

• Once approved, pack securely and follow return instructions.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

5. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange. Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.

6. India-only Returns

Returns and refunds are currently available only for deliveries within India.
